Note: We sell fiberglass swimming pools to independently owned and operated businesses (“installers”). Installers (which include dealers and franchisees) are third parties and their privacy practices are subject to their own respective policies. We encourage installers to comply with applicable privacy laws, but to the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

- Independent Installation Companies: We may share your information with an independent installation company that performs fiberglass pool installation services for homeowners seeking a River Pools fiberglass pool. These independent installation companies use your information to communicate with you about their services.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
